New system - User can't log in - Bug in new system?
On the first day of 2016.1 an Employee User forgot their password. As an administrator we attempted to give him a new password. He receives the email and can get to the first login screen to enter the new password. Immediately after that it says the employee user has not answered their security questions but Netsuite never went to the security questions screen. It appears to skip the security question page and act as if the user failed. Is it a bug in the new system? Does any one know how to fix this?
