Subscribing to NetSuite's Marketing Emails?

I'm the new Account Admin for my company and I've been trying to figure out how to subscribe to the marketing emails from NetSuite ie. the Release Preview for 2019.1 that was sent today. Currently, the two people in the company that receive them are forwarding them to me and this is just not sustainable.

I logged into our NetSuite Account Center, clicked Campaign Subscription Center but those are the Email Subscription Preferences for the main email address on our account. I need to figure out how to get on this list and if I could see a list of people from my company who are subscribed, that'd be an added bonus.
