2010.2 Release and Cybersource CSC/CVV AMEX Checks
Just an FYI for anyone who is having trouble running CVV/CSC checks on AMEX credit card transactions after being upgraded to version 2010.2. You need to call Cybersource and have them enable this feature for AMEX.
We were just upgraded to 2010.2 this last weekend, and since then have been getting CVV rejections everytime we try to process American Express cards. The result provided in NetSuite is "CSC Service Not Available".
I called Cybersource and was advised by their rep that they (Cybersource) needed to enable CSC checks for AMEX cards. The rep placed me on hold and enabled the feature. Now AMEX transactions are processing correctly.
