Hi -

Is there anyway to send out an email and have it be stored in the messages tab, and have it set up to automatically capture any replies as if the email had been sent out manually using the message tab?  I notice that the "messages" record type is exposed, but it didn't seem like there was anything in there to indicate that adding a new record there would automatically start an email thread.
