nlapiSendEmail and CC

I've noticed recently that emails sent out via SuiteScript are no longer being delivered to the CC recipient.  The header of the message sent to the main recipient clearly indicates that there was someone cc-ed on the email, but that cc person never gets the email.  We've encountered this with several of our users, so it's clearly not just the case of one person's email account blocking the messages or something. 

Has anyone else noticed this problem?
