Is it possible get the Selected Values from List/Record in ServerScript?

Hi,

Is it possible get the Selected Values from List/Record in ServerScript?
"nlapiGetFieldText" is only applicable to ClientScript .
"nlapiGetFieldValue" will give the internal id instead of the value.
Is there a way to get the selected values instead of internal ids using a ServerScript?
