Using or expressions in nlobjSearchFilter

I wanted to know if there is a way to use "or" expressions when using the nlobjSearchFilter.
For example,
I'm trying to search for items that meet a certain criteria.
I have 4 custom fields and either one can contain a value that I'm searching for.
Lets say these are the 4 fields.
Field1
Field2
Field3
Field4
My search would be the following example:
Return all items WHERE Field4 = 'T' AND Field1 contains "EX1" OR Field2 contains "EX2" OR Field3 contains "EX3".
Is there a way of doing this with the nlobjSearchFilter.
