Support case automation
Hi,
I am attempting to automate the creation of a new support case when a sales order is approved. I am able to do all of this but am not sure how to do the following.
I would like to send a 'welcome' mail to the customer requesting some information from them. i would like them to be able to reply to the mail and have it logged against the support case but i am unsure how to send the mail using the correct 'reply to address' which looks something like this - cases.601905.5076_incoming_6875.fa1a5a70b8@cases.netsuite.com
