addField type image

Hi there,

Can anyone show me how to use addField with the type set to "image"?

The idea is to create an image on the suitelet, i guess the image has to be stored in the file cabinet?

I'm fine creating the usual fields like:-

 field=form.addField("custpage_mytextarea","textarea","My Text area");


But how do i do this to create an image on the suitelet page:-

 field=form.addField("custpage_myimage","image","???label???", "???source???");
