Retrieving URL Parameters in User Event Scripts

I can do it in client scripts and I've read that its possible in suitelets, but is it possible to retrieve them on user event scripts?  I know that technically, these are server scripts attached to records, not forms, but I was hoping to be able to do this anyway =P.
