Beginner Help with Simple Script
Hi all,
I'm new to JavaScript and have spent a bit of time looking through examples and trying to make this work, but I'm afraid my JS knowledge is just too limited, even though I know this must be a really easy task. I hope it's not too rude to ask for free help on this -
I am trying to set the Taxable check box on item records true by default so that when a user creates a new item, the box is checked. Do you have to define a variable for this? I was thinking I could just do a (type = 'create') and a nlapiSetFieldValue ('istaxable','true') line, but I'm obviously missing some major stuff here. Anyone have a second to help out a newbie?
