How Do I Schedule a Report in Excel Format for a Specific Time Each Day?

We need to schedule a Report (not Saved Search) to be run at a specific time each day, export to Excel, and then email to recipients.

I don't see a way to do this in the U/I.

Can this be done via scripts or Web Services? I have searched the online Help and have NOT found any info on this.

If it can be done, can someone please point me in the right direction.
