Trigger a Suitelet from a client costom code

Hi all,


Does anyone have the problem that I have now?

In a custom record HTML online costom code, I tried to use document.location="XXX suitelet script external URL"

to trigger the suitelet script. The problem is, sometime it triggers, but sometime it does not trigger at all.


Anyone have the same issue as I do? Are there any solutions?
