I am creating non-inventory items in a suitelet and then applying them to a opportunity record I am creating. I set all opportunity fields and apply the item sublist with the non-inventory items I create. None of them have options.

When I save the opportunity record with nlapiSubmitRecord, it throws an error that states the following:

An error occurred while processing item options.

I don't know what this means! I do not have item options set in the form. In fact, do not have Matrix items enabled thus there isn't even a column for item options. The items I'm creating do not have any options as mentioned.
