I have a script which is emailing the customer information about a sales order.

The email sends ok.

What I am trying to figure out is why when the customer replies to the email, the email address does not have the NetSuite address?

The script is an AfterSubmit event. The specific code is:
nlapiSendEmail(6622, email, emailsubject, emailbody, null, null, records);

6622 is our main customer service email.

Any ideas?
