Script against Campaign Subscriptions

I have a user event script running on the contact form that checks whether or not the contact is a key contact for their associated company. If they are, I want to disable the check box for the different subscriptions (so they can't opt out).

So far I haven't been able to find out how to access this list with scripting? Can I?
