Send Email but don't have it logged

Hi,

I am trying to automate a commission notification and would like to send 'pay' information via a monthly script.

Unfortunately, the email message to the employee get's automatically recorded in the email history on the employee record.  We need to allow view access on the employee record since we have scripts that access the employee record to get Supervisor, location, currency, etc. type of info that are run by users.

Is there a way to send an email using nlapiSendEmail (or suiteflow) and NOT have the email recorded on the employee record?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
