nlapiSendEmail - how to have the reply back into NetSuite?
Good morning,
Using nlapiSendEmail from a script, it's easy to attach an outgoing e-mail to a custom record, as if it was sent from the UI (Mail Merge subtab).
However, if the recipient replies to the message sent by the script, the new messages is delivered only to the original sender's personal mailbox, and not to the NetSuite record from which the first message was sent.
Is there a way to have the reply back into NetSuite, even with a script sent message, as it happens when I send the message through the NetSuite UI?
