Update visibility of a field based on another?

Is it possible to show/hide a field based on the contents of another field?

What I’m trying to do. I have two fields, “Source of opp” and a initially hidden field “Found employee”. If “Source of opp” has “Found Internal” then show the dropdown “Found employee”.
