Populate sublist from search result

Hi All,

I am facing this scenario:

1. I am having customrecord A & B that has relation "A" parent and "B" child.

2. In the entry form, when creating new record "A", on field change then I am doing the searchrecord from customrecord "C" and return a list.

3. Then from that list, I want to populate into sublist "B"

Is it possible to do the above scenario?
