Netsuite API

Guys,

I can find no documentation.  I want to allow one of our vendors to make API calls to netsuite and read some support case information.  Is there any documentation on this?  How do I switch it on?  How do I use it?  IS it even possible.  The only information I can find that is close links to a document that no longers exists.

Any information would be helpfull.
