Chain server scripts

Are there any technical issues with chaining multiple server side scripts?

1- User event fires
2- Suitelet that fires
3- User event that fires
4- Suitelet that fires
5- User event

Also, is the time limit for server scripts counted against the original triggered script  or does it restart after every script is triggered.
