Applying logic

Dear all,

I am facing a problem of looking up a value from some conditions.

For example, creating a sales order.
if we selected the customer A and selected item A, the field remarks will be showing "abc"
if we selected the customer A and selected item B, the field remarks will be showing "def"
if we selected the customer B and selected item A, the field remarks will be showing "jkl"

The table will be liked this
Customer Item Remarks
A         A abc
A         B def
A         C ghi
B         A jkl
B         B mno
B         C pqr


Is there any ways to store this kind of looking up table in netsuite?
