Updating Currency Exchange Rate via Script

Is there any way to update the Currency Exchange Rate table located at

List --> Accounting --> Currency Exchange Rates?

https://system.na1.netsuite.com/app/common/multicurrency/currencyrate.nl

We need to update the rates on regular intervals as we are not satisfied with the rates provided by the automatic nightly integration.
