How to Get Custom Record a given "Internal ID" -> how to get 'ID' of the custom recor

Hello All,

Issue : which nlapi to use to get Custom record "ID" from a given Custom Record "Internal ID"

Example:
  1) I have created a custom record "ABC" with "internal ID" = "324" and "ID" = "customrecordcustomrecord_abc_rate_base_c".

2) In my suite script i am able to get ID = 324 , but to load record i need "ID"

3) Question is how to get ID from Internal ID
