handling and manipulating date field tips
Hi,
Currently I am using
I use below line to retrieve the field date. I am using format DD/MM/YYYY and setting timezone is GMT + 7
I am using suitescript to get the value trandate from a record.
var trandate = new Date (nlapiGetFieldValue('trandate'));
trandate real value : 23/03/2013
but value set in variable trandate Wed Sep 03 2014 00:00:00 GMT-0700 (PDT)
then I am getting the year
var yyyy = trandate.getFullYear().toString();
nlapiLogExecution('DEBUG', 'yyyy :',yyyy );
setting the start date to 1 january and year taken from variable
var startDateFilter = new Date(yyyy,01,01);
setting the end date to 31 december and year taken from variable
