Weblogic Bridge Message

We have a client-side script that sends a SOAP request to Fedex to create a call tag for return authorizations.

Just today, this script broke. We are receiving the following response:

Failure of server APACHE bridge:

Neither cluster nor server host parameter was specified in httpd.conf.  Cannot continue.


Any idea what is causing this?
