Pull another user's email signature

We are creating a process where a subordinate is emailing a customer.  We need the email to appear as though it was sent by their manager.

We have sorted every other aspect of sending the email, but cannot figure out how to grab the manager's signature since it does not appear to be directly connected to the employee record.

Does anyone know how to grab this information?
