Source list in suitelet form

Hi,

We have a custom list that contains more than 100 options (we add and delete from it all the time).

We would like to create a suitelet (contains all HTML), but we want to add one select field in it that source from the created list (combo field where all options displayed their got from the custom list).

How can I source the field to that list?
