Lookup Location Specific Average Cost

Hi,
I'm having trouble programmatically accessing sublist information for location specific average cost.

What I want to do is a user event script to set the transfer price line by line for transfer orders before submit. I have most of the script, but I can't seem to get the value I want.

I need the average cost of the line item in the source location of the transfer order. I gather I can't use nlapiLookupField and need to use a sublist function but can't find the correct one.

Anyone able to help?
