Script Help

Dear Community,

I am trying to write a script, whenever an sales order status is changed to shipped, it will automatically checkbox one of my custom field.

what kind of script should i use?  probably not client-side right?
suitelets? if so, I am not familiar with suitelet.

workflow would probably be the easiest?
