Pacejet rest API Examples

Can someone provide some examples of using Pacejet's rest API to estimate shipping costs? We are thinking of using pacejet to call the rest to estimate shipping costs for our webstore.

Example of request and response objects would be helpful and how to call the rest (e.g. is it just calling the NS rest script deployment URL).
