How to trigger a script back of an entity record creation via other relationship?
Hi,
I am trying to create a customer record from a supplier record (who is also a customer in our business), when I use "Otherrelationship" link, I have few issues:
1. It creates lead instead of customer record, is there way to create customer only?
2. It picks NetSuite standard form instead of preferred form. Is there any way sort this?
3. There is an user event on after record submit of customer record, but that iss not triggering,
Could someone help me on this?
