Is a Case Sensitive search possible on a Free-Form Text field?
We have a need to store units of measure on custom records. We are currently doing this in a Free-Form Text field, but would like to convert this to a type list/record for increased consistency.
I am writing a script that will automate this conversion as we have over 1,000,000 active records that need to be updated and CSV is not feasible with this large a data set.
I have ran into an issue, it would appear as though the search filters on a Free-Form Text field are case IN-sensitive, and I need for them to be case SENSITIVE.
