Uploading File to external Disk using nlapiRequestURL

So I have custom suitelet (with loaded client script ) with the inlinehtml input tag which will create a formdata for a file to be uploaded on to external storage services, the service offers api which takes multipart/form-data body and header for POST method which will upload the file on to the external storage service.

all the api calls are working with nlapiRequestURL, such as getting list of file, and creating folder and such.

however i cannot get the nlapiRequestURL to work with the form-data, the call returns method not allowed.

is there a way to upload selected local file with api calls in suitelet? or is there any specific way to setup the form-data?
