Script to Change Work Order Status From Planned to Released

Hi All,

I am trying to automate the changing of my Work Orders From Planned to Released via criteria on a saved search. I have tried to do this with a workflow, but i do not believe the "Document Status" field is available as a field to update.

Can this done by a simple script?
