Sitemapping issue

When I attempt to use CoffeCup sitemapper....I run the program, and the only result that comes up is the link for my homepage.  I have multiple links off of my main page, but they aren't coming up.  The only result I am receiving with CoffeeCup is shopping.netsuite.com/empty.html.  Does anyone have a suggestion on what I may be doing wrong?
