SEO: Control of Title, Alt and Meta Tags

Hello, I am working with my client on his business under NetSuite and trying to gain access to the title tags (change for each page), meta description, and alt-tags for the images.

We do SEO optimization and am trying to figure out how to take more control of his site to provide the SEO treatments we normally do to non-NS sites.

I would like to also change the URL's to something friendly, that includes the product/keyword within the URL. Can I do this easily without messing up his site?
