URL Component missing on new CSV uploaded items

We have descriptive URLs turned on.

Recently we uploaded about 500 products via CSV import.... unfortunately, CSV doe not have a way to upload the URL Component.  Therefore all these new web store items have the old netsuite url and not the descriptive url which is what we want for all our store items.

Is there any way to have netsuite set the URL Component for ONLY the items that are missing their url component and leave our other 50,000 items alone???
