MSN - how to get indexed?

We have around 3,500-4,000 pages in both Google and Yahoo, but only around 100 in MSN. Is this a common problem and is there anything I can do to improve my situation. The site has been up and running for just over a year now and I am using standard Netsuite templates. I also have a site map.
