Categories with more than one page

This is post ns2007.1.

When there are more items than can fit on a given category page, NetSuite paginates.

The link to go to the 2nd page is:
http://www.christmastreeforme.com/s.nl/c.482623/n.1/sc.9/.f?range=25,45,45

Does anyone know if this is the expected behavior?

I would prefer:
http://www.christmastreeforme.com/Christmas-Garland?range=25%2C45%2C45
Note: %2C = ,

NetSuite is redirecting to the 2nd URL anyway, why present the first url?
