Google penalizes Netsuite if you use Descriptive URLs

Netsuite needs to resolve this big problem for their customers using the web store.

If you have Setup > Web Site Setup > Setup > Preferences: Descriptive URLs enabled you will be penalized by having too many redirects thoughout a Netsuite hosted site.

My small company web site has over 3500 redirect all be generated by Netsuite html coding.  Big penalty in google page ranking.

All are legacy urls generated by Netsuite even though we specifically want Descriptive urls used.

Where is this happening....
1.  Any web page using the Netsuite's Dense List Layout.  The items listed have a link with the item code which is the legacy format
