Canonical URL for Support KB, Topic, Solution

Would anyone know the syntax for Canonical URL's for KB, Topic and Solution?

Stated another way, I am trying to figure out the URL construct for a Solution if that solution is used under multiple topics. What is the canonical URL for the topic?

Oh someone please say there is a single URL to define each topic....
