Access Custom Record in Customer Center
Hi All,
I'm having serious difficulty (or blindness) with attempting to access a custom record from the customer center, here's what I have done.
- Added a 'center tab' called custom, with center type = Customer Center
- Added a 'category' called 'Custom', that
- Ensured that the category audience is sent to ALL Roles, Employees, and Customers.
- Added a Link of a Custom Record to the Category
- Ensured that the Customer Center role has FULL access to the Custom Record
And for the life of me I cannot get any content to show under the 'Custom' tab in the Customer Center. Can anyone help me out?
