Please Help! Custom Record Permissions
All,
Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. I created a custom record which is attached to a case form. Any time I try to access it under the AGENT role that I created (using APC) it states:
Permission Violation: You need a higher permission for custom record type Onkyo Packaging Form to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.
I have literally given this role FULL access to anything to do with the custom record but still cannot gain access via this role and many others. Do you all know something specific I should be looking for? Permissions wise, this role has full access to to anything pertaining to this custom record/form/etc. Thanks in advance!
