Sales Rep on Custom Record
I have a custom record that applies to customers. I want my sales reps to only be able to see the custom records for customers that are assigned to them. The only way I found to accomplish this is to have the Employee record as a field on the custom record as a parent record and have this field set to Store Value.
This does work but if the sales rep for an account changes, the sales rep field on the custom record does NOT update. After a recent territory reassignment, many of the sales rep fields on this custom record are now incorrect.
