Link to Custom Record Shows on All Roles but One

Hello All,

I have a custom record I need the link to show in the production manager role. Unfortunately, it is showing on every other role but that one. I've checked the permissions (both in the record and in the role) and those are set correctly. This is a customized role, but I've checked with other customized roles and it shows on them. Any thoughts? Thank you!
