Print a blank invoice?

Is it possible to print a blank invoice in NS? What we want to be able to do is partially fill the transaction form in NS with info. such as customer contact and other details but none of the "price" items as that needs to be filled in manually at the customer location by the visiting tech. Then when he gets back with the item info/price etc. we would like to be able to get back to the same transaction and fill the info. To do this we need to be able to print a partially filled transaction form WITHOUT
