Increase Spacing on Line Items

Hello,

I have been able to adjust the column width on a custom pdf for items, descriptions etc.

Does anyone know how to increase the spacing between each item line so that all the items aren't on top of each other?  Hard to read especially when you need to look all the way to the right for pricing.
