Sourcing that includes id & description
I have a custom record type that I am using to track license information for Companies.
In a Support case, the license number is a required field. However, I need to have the license description appear in the look up with the license number. Is there a way to source that includes information from multiple fields?
My example:
Current look up display:
T1234
T1235
T1236
Looking for display:
T1234 - Production server
T1235 - Testing Server
T1236 - Development server
This insures that the correct license number is selected.
Any advise welcome.
